James Rodgerson is the ZFRAC-RE Technical Advisor. James brings over forty years of hydraulic fracturing design and implementation experience to SimTech. 

His experience includes field supervision, hydraulic fracturing design, and field implementation. Experienced within both the service and E&P sector utilizing leading-edge technologies, such as fiber-optic and microseismic integrated data sets to optimize hydraulic fracturing designs. James has been involved in projects requiring precision drilling, blowout prevention and hydraulic fracture modeling. Each project presents its own set of challenges and require a high degree of problem solving and working with others to obtain optimal results. 

He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
