Ning Li is a Software Engineer at SimTech. He is responsible for the development of URSim, a black oil reservoir simulator with EDFM; EDFM-AI, an automatic production history matching software; ZFRAC-AI, an automatic hydraulic fracturing pressure history matching software; and DTS, a fluid flow wellbore simulator. 

His previous experience as a researcher focused on coupled reservoir and geomechanics simulation, stress changes caused by parent well production in unconventional reservoirs, and measurements to restore in-situ stress for child well deployment.

He holds a BS degree and a MS degree in Petroleum Engineering from China Petroleum University (Beijing) and a PhD degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
